At Air Conditioning One Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your climate control solution. If your unit is not quite right, you can return your purchase in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the air conditioning unit and all included accessories into the original manufacturer's box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and schedule a pickup with our designated heavy-goods courier service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
