Ideal for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
When performing repairs on refrigeration or air conditioning piping,
it is important to purge the inside of the pipe with nitrogen to
prevent oxidation in the joint area, both before and during the
brazing process.
This tool allows you to initiate the PURGE function at a pre-set
regulated flow rate. Then, with a simple turn of the control knob,
you can switch to the BRAZE function, which adjusts the flow
rate to a level ideal for the brazing process.
This feature helps minimise nitrogen usage while also preventing
air from entering the system during the repair.
The tool is designed to attach to a standard nitrogen regulator
and comes equipped with a 1/4 SAE flare outlet connection,
which is compatible with standard HVAC hoses.
