Easily swage 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8 O.D. air conditioning and refrigeration pipes.
The BlackMax BTLH5E Hydraulic Tube Expander Kit includes a premium hydraulic swaging tool that uses the power of hydraulics (fluid compression) to quickly and easily expand the ends of soft copper and aluminum tube for use in HVAC/R systems. Swaged tube ends eliminate the need for separate tube fittings.
BTLH5E Hydraulic Tube Expander Kit Features:- Premium, compact, cast aluminum hydraulic expander tool
- 5 quick-change, aluminum heads for swaging 3/8, ½, 5/8, ¾, 7/8 O.D. tube
- Heads are identical to, and fully interchangeable with BLACKMAX BTLE9/BTLE9M manually operated tube expander
- Steel expander blades are replaceable and identical to blades used in BLACKMAX BTLE9/BTLE9M
- Includes tube deburr tool and molded carrying case
